Body Massage involves touch movement applied to the body, including pressure, vibrations, and flowing, rhythmic, soothing effleurage. The movements that are applied to the skin and underlying tissues, can release muscular tension, encourage healing, help to alleviate stress, relieve pain, induce relaxation and enhance well-being.

Our GTi Body Massage course includes both theory and practical aspects. You will be taught everything that you need to know to deliver a Body Massage treatment both safely and professionally. Our students gain knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology to enable them to adapt the massage to suit the requirements of a range of clients on professional basis.

Our GTi course follows the National Occupational Standards and includes the GTi Professional Standards Course.

The GTi theory is completed online at your own home in your own time before a practical session is arranged at a date to suit. Flexible learning designed to fit around your lifestyle!

Upon enrolment you will be required to purchase Student Membership from The Guild at an additional fee of £25.00 inc vat. This membership will be valid for three months and you will be able up to upgrade to full membership including insurance following your practical assessment.

You will be assessed at a one day assessment at Beauty Therapy Training Centre. You will have the opportunity to practice the routine on friends and family before being assessed at a time to suit you.

Guild Training International is a world class training provider. The theory is delivered and examined online with all required resources available and online tutorial support when you need it..

Beauty Therapy Trainer is an accredited provider for gti training.

A certificate is awarded on completion of the course.  This is an accredited, flexible, fast track course and gives you knowledge to include the following:
