Terms and Conditions
All of our courses require a minimum of two people to run and in the unlikely event of this minimum number not being met then we have the right to cancel. In this case we will endeavour to transfer the student to another suitable course date.
We reserve the right to alter course dates and venues without liability.
We will not normally reimburse travel or accommodation expenses. We are not able to offer refunds for cancellations of courses that are outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, flooding or industrial action.
We reserve the right to alter the content of any course and/or trainer in order to respond to any rapid changes in the industry that may occur.
If you wish to change or transfer your booking to a later course date a £50.00 re-booking fee will be applied. Please note that we cannot accept changes or transfers within two weeks of your course date. Full payment will still be applicable for your booked course if transfer or changes are
made within two weeks of your original course date. We will accept a new booking upon receipt of deposit/full payment. If you have purchased your course at a discounted price you will have to pay the difference to the full course price and the choice of course date must be specified at the time of
Courses that are booked within two weeks of the starting date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Courses that are due to start over two weeks from the time of booking will require a £50.00 deposit with the remaining balance paid at least two weeks prior to the course commencing. If fees are not received in time we reserve the right to rebook and allocate the space on the course to another trainee. If the final balance is not paid then we reserve the right to retain any monies that have been paid thus far.
Deposits and full payments are non refundable and non transferable. Failing to attend a course will result in the loss of all payments for that course.
Payment is accepted by either cheque/postal order/Paypal and BACS with the course being confirmed in writing once funds have been cleared by the relevant bank.
